About My Classes
I keep my classes small in order to offer a highly supportive and warm environment for students to explore their journey in the world of watercolor painting. Through lectures, demonstrations, group discussions, evaluations, and individual attention, you will learn the fundamentals of design, composition, light values and color temperature, basic color theory, and painting techniques used in painting watercolors... all skills and tools that will help you paint confidently on your own.
Classes are all temperature-controlled and accompanied by soft music. You are welcome to bring a snack and beverage of your choice. Enjoy a quick break out on the sunny deck. This is a great place to learn!
Class Format Each class will begin with a lecture and demonstration, followed by step-by step instruction. Once you are working on your own, I will spend time with each student to answer more questions and help with technique. Classes run for 1-month sessions. For more information on the classes or to set up individual instruction, please contact me at tel (619) 889-1478 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
